Billing & Shipping
Once your order is entered into the Ainics system,we will ship it within 48 working hours.During our peak season, orders will usually be shipped within 72 hours of confirmed receipt of payment Monday through Friday.
Available shipping methods are EMS,TNT,FedEx or common carrier freight. We reserve the right to override a carrier specified on the Purchase Order when an alternative is deemed more appropriate. All shipping costs must be either prepaid or billed to the purchaser’s own shipping account.
Any shipments received as damaged must be reported to Ainics (www.amassagermall.com/shop-contact/) immediately upon receipt.
Return policy
Products must be returned to the address specified by Ainics Customer Service and must be shipped in the original packaging, with freight prepaid to Ainics, and must be returned in 30 days after recieved. The return authorization number must be included in the packaging. Ainics reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts in addition to the ten percent (10%) restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected by Ainics Customer Service, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to coincide with the method of payment you used. Please note, depending on your credit card company, bank or payment processor, it will likely take at least 3 to 10 days for your credit to be posted to your account.

Warranty
All our products offer 1 month return policy. And all devices' parts offer 6 months warranty.Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product or any other conditions that are beyond the control of Ainics.
